PrinCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Team Discovery,

We are embarking on the second semester of the school year and we continue to do the work that is necessary for each and  every student to be successful. It is only as a team that we can accomplish our mission.

The before/after school program and tutoring will start back up on 1/29. The teachers and staff of the program have been working hard to make the program beneficial for all students.

As of today, our school enrollment is 1040 and we are working diligently to ensure that every student has the best education possible.

I would like to invite you to participate in SAC (School Advisory Committee).  We meet in the Media Center at 4:30PM on the second Thursday of every month.  Please feel free to attend any or all of our meetings and be part of our school community.

Stay up on the latest Discovery News through our social media feeds. Discovery now has a Facebook page— Discovery Intermediate School–Home of the Explorers.  You can also follow us on twitter @discovery_STEM.  We will update them regularly to keep you informed.
