If a student is absent due to a medical or any other formally documented appointment, please send the document with your student to the attendance office the following day that they are present.  You may also scan and attach the document to an email.  If you do not have a scanner, please take a clear picture of the document and attach the photo to an email.

Please refer to the Attendance Regulations listed in the Code of Student Conduct for the 2017-2018 School Year.  These Regulations can be found on pages 13 through 16.
